Three Points Ranch has been in our family since 1929 & is now the Texas Hill Country's premiere group vacation destination. With over 100 five-star reviews, it seems as though y'all love it as much as we do.

The ranch is the perfect place for nature lovers to escape from the city to restore and reconnect with others in the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. The Pavilion

Inspired by East African architecture, the 2,328 square foot straw-bale Pavilion boasts a kitchenette, full bathroom, 2 outdoor showers and plenty of room for yoga, dancing, or toasting the sunset.

The Fire Pit

A favorite spot to watch sunset & make s'mores, there's seats for dozens around our fire pit. Firewood is sold in $50 & $100 stacks - roughly 2' x 4' or 4' x 4'.

The Bath House

This four room structure consists of two separate showers and two private toilets divided by an open air breezeway with deep farm sinks & large mirrors. It's steps from the airstreams & Sleeping Porch.

Airstream #2: "Blanco"

A 1969 Airstream Sovereign, Airstream #2 is the largest with a queen and twin bed plus room for an air mattress. Like all our airstreams, it has heat/ac, reading lights and a mini-fridge.

It is named after one of the three counties our ranch straddles.

This 1967 Sovereign, "Charolais" has one double & two single beds & is closest to the Bath House. It is climate-controlled & has a mini-fridge

Pronounced "shar-lay", Charolais were the French cattle breed that lived on our land for decades after its' purchase in 1929.

Throughout the year the ranch hosts yoga, meditation, spiritual and wellness retreats, as well as special events like wine tastings, corporate and private events. Send us a message to inquire about your idea!

From meditating beneath our 700+ year old Eleven Oaks to riding bikes down our mile-long driveway, there's lots to do at Three Points & plenty of places to do it. As Papa used to say, "if you're bored, you're boring."

Airstream #3: "Llano"

A 1956 Ambassador, "Llano" has a queen bed with room for a single air mattress. Climate controlled with a mini-fridge, you'll be right next to the Bath House.

Pronounced "lan-no", it is named after one of the three counties our ranch straddles.

A 1969 Airstream Globetrotter, Twinkie is the next smallest after #1 and closest to both of the Pavilion & Barn bathrooms.

The Barn

The 1,225 square foot Barn is climate-controlled & has a large kitchen, pool table, bar that opens to the covered patio facing the Pavilion, full bathroom and lots of seating for game nights or meals.

Airstream #1: "Burnet"

A 1973 Airstream Globetrotter, our smallest bedroom is named after one of the three counties our ranch straddles. It is the closest to the Barn bathroom. It has one Queen bed, heat/ac, and a mini-fridge.

The Sleeping Porch

Inspired by the original ranch house's screened porch, this new version has four queen beds hanging from from ceiling. There's nothing like drifting off to sleep while looking out at the stars & then waking to the sounds of birds singing.

There's ceiling & bedside fans & we provide electric blankets in the winter.

What if it rains, you ask? There's vinyl window coverings that roll down to protect you!

With the Texas flag that greets you on its door, this 1973 Sovereign is an homage the ranch's matriarch. It has one double & two single beds & is climate-controlled. It's also the closest to the Sleeping Porch & Bath House.

Day Trips

We are located in Round Mountain, TX which is 8 miles from Marble Falls, 12 miles from Johnson City, and 45 miles from Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock (pictured). Scroll forward for some of our favorites!

Your group will be perfectly positioned with the ranch as your home base.

Southold Farm + Cellar

Southold Farm + Cellar is one of the best vineyards in the Hill County. But don't just take our word for it. Steven Dilley, Food & Wine Sommelier of the Year, says "Southold’s wines are the type of juicy, refreshing, hard-to-stop-drinking wine with explosive aromatics that I usually look toward Beaujolais or the Loire Valley to find."

And they're a short 30 minute drive from us!
