We are deeply honored to offer the ranch as a place of healing and restoration and we're grateful for our numerous wellness-focused guests who closely align with our vision for our 540 acres of beautiful wilderness. We cordially invite you to schedule your next retreat, teacher training, or workshop with us! Come breathe the fresh air under our starry skies, sit beneath our majestic 700+ year old oak tree, and swim in our freshwater windmill pool. It truly is the perfect place to reconnect with nature, yourself, and each other. To inquire about booking retreats or other events, click here.

You’ll have the use of the 1,225 sq. ft Barn, 2,228 sq. ft Pavilion, 6 Airstreams, Sleeping Porch, Bathhouse, Fire Pit, outdoor showers, and more..a truly magical place in the Hill Country no matter what time of year it is. Summer nights here are breezy and lovely and still comfortable and colder nights are cozy and warm by the fire and in our facilities. We have AC/heat in the airstreams and Barn and the Sleeping Porch is equipped with electric blankets during colder months and bed-side fans and Hill Country breezes in the summer.

We can accommodate 25 folks in our single beds and full/queen beds as long as 2 people sleep in each full/queen bed. For groups that only want 1 person per bed regardless of bed size, we can accommodate 15 people with the ability to add a few more if you want us to set up a large canvas 5 person bell tent or tee-pee tent. The tents are minimally equipped with a lamp, rug, and nice aero-bed with linens. You are also welcome to bring your own tents, cots, or air mattresses if you want. Additionally, we have one RV hook up that rents for $25/night that is only electrical, but is located right by our large bath house that the other Airstreams use.

We offer flexible check out times, reduced pricing on weeknights to allow staff to arrive early, and we’re happy to work with you on moving furniture to create the space you need.

We are located between Marble Falls and Johnson City, just 1 hour from Austin and San Antonio.

My experience of bringing numerous yoga retreats to Three Points Ranch has been magical. The place provides an exquisite alchemy between landscape, covered open air practice space, and perfectly appointed accommodations. Graced with abundant wildlife and an 700 year old live oak tree this healing retreat center offers secluded tranquility and vibrant communal spaces to gather together. Sally has created a precious environment full of warmth and opportunity for self reflection, insight, and deep rejuvenation.
